Wendy Glass is a fractional CHRO, leadership coach, and culture strategist who helps organizations strengthen culture, retain top talent, and develop leaders ready to deliver results.
With 20+ years of HR and leadership experience — including a decade as an executive with a Fortune 500 company — Wendy brings both big-company expertise and practical strategies tailored for small to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and government leaders.
She is the founder of Ignite Leadership + HR Group, where she partners with CEOs and executives to design people strategies that reduce turnover, build leadership bench strength, and give leaders peace of mind that their talent is aligned with their business goals.
In addition to her consulting work, Wendy serves as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where she develops the next generation of leaders. She also contributes her expertise on multiple boards and commissions across Virginia’s New River Valley.
